Summary of Innovation
In a multi-aisle system with large storage capacity, even if only one shuttle is configured for each aisle, the operating capacity provided by all the shuttles is far greater than the overall demand, resulting in excess efficiency, which leads to waste of investment. In addition, more importantly, in the multi-aisle system, how to make the shuttle operating capacity not only meet the overall efficiency needs, but also cope with the common local short-term peak is the most common problem in the development process of the multi-aisle system. The sharing feature of the four-directional shuttle system SLS600 can solve the above problems.
Innovation Statement
1. Available for both variable size and fixed width shuttle robot to share the same rail. As well as allow two way shuttle and 3D shuttle share the same rail. Such rack configuration give more flexibility for either existing warehouse renovation or newly built warehouse.
2.High efficiency vertical lift with higher integration degree, allowing compact integration of transfer platform, goods lift and shuttle lift within relatively small space.
3.All the rails are Roll Down processed, with increased reliablility and cost effectiveness.
Applicability
The 3D Shuttle Robot System SLS600 will form a differentiated competitive advantage in the market with extremely high reliability and compatibility, and can well solve the problem of storage investment waste caused by excess configuration in some scenarios with low efficiency requirements.
