Summary of Innovation
L200 is an affordable AMR for carrying the smallest loads (up to 200kg) to save energy and speed up the processes in narrow spaces for smaller factories or warehouses.
L200 can seamlessly carry loads across puddles of water, oil spills, cracked/uneven/old floors, take elevators and ride the ramp up to 11 degrees. It has second lowest flatbed clearance among AMRs (117 mm vs 110 mm), allowing usage of legacy small-wheel carts by the clients.
L200 can follow the human in premises with no wifi or under construction and work in transition spaces (indoor-outdoor loading docks).
L200 can feature pick-and-place robotic arm, disinfection sprays, or other custom attachment per client use cases made to order by the manufacturer.
Innovation Statement
L200 is the smallest load low-flatbed collaboration AMR with low energy usage and highest tolerance to narrow aisles and messy and uneven floors in brownfield factories and warehouses that can not be served by other AMRs.
Applicability
L200 AMR is uniquely suited for collaborative automation in narrow facilities or for smaller loads /low carts in brownfield buildings with old or messy floors, ramps or elevators, where Gen 1.0 AMRs don’t work.
