Your mission will be to ensure Verity’s clients are adopting our solution in the best possible way. You’ll be brought into exploration conversations and client demos, to deliver technical expertise to potential clients. You’ll be championing Verity’s long-term clients to ensure we are exceeding their expectations and building a long-term partnership.

Verity’s system is used by industry leaders around the world, including DSV and Maersk. Verity's live events solutions help create stunning effects for top names in the entertainment industry like Drake, Céline Dion, Justin Bieber, Metallica, and Cirque du Soleil.

What You Will Do
• Advocate for our clients at all stages of their journey, from early in the relationship through to full deployment (in close collaboration with the Business Development team)
• Use your technical expertise to advise clients on what is possible with our solution, enabling them to get the most value from the Verity solution
• Guide clients to optimally configure the Verity solution for their operation
• Be the bridge for new prospects to become successful clients by building loyalty to ensure long-term retention
• Educate and learn from our clients. Partner with them to maximize the business value they extract from our system
• Champion the voice of the client to internal Verity stakeholders, helping to shape the product roadmap

What you bring
• Technical background, ideally an Engineering or Computer Science degree
• Experience working in a consultative manner with clients, e.g. consulting or technical sales
• Superb communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Thrives on working directly with clients
• Able to connect the dots between what our solution can do and measurable improvements in client operational performance
