Main Objective:
Provides the leadership, strategy, design, and execution of an organization's human resources philosophy, programs and initiatives. Designs and develops an end-to-end human resources function to deliver talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, Occupational Safety and Health and employee support services for the Entire Human Resources in North and South America (Americas). Executes multiple high impact initiatives to achieve overall corporate goals.

Role and Responsibilities:
These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy that is aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives in Americas
Lead the company’s recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives to ensure access to top talent in Americas
Develop & manage on boarding & Off boarding protocols
Manage the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to support human resources operations and maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure all HR functions are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the US and in Latam region.
Oversee the company's performance management program, including providing guidance and support to managers on performance reviews and disciplinary action
Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
Manage annual Healthcare benefit renewal process
Manage Companies Workers Compensation program
Develop and maintain positive employee relations by providing guidance and support to employees and managers
Develops and implements the action plan of the Great Place to Work results, ensures that we remain qualified in all eligible countries.
Prepare reports for the CEO Americas using business metrics and KPIs

Managerial Responsibilities:
Manages relationships with internal & external recruitment teams
Develops, motivates, and engage the People and Culture Team in the America’s region
Hires and trains department staff.
Organizes and oversees the schedules of department staff.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy

??Qualifications and Education Requirements:?
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or related field
Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
Certification (e.g. PHR/SPHR) is nice-to-have
Experience: A minimum of 10+ years in managing HR departments within international companies with strong working knowledge of all key functional areas such as recruiting, employee relations, compensation, and benefits, immigration processes, occupational safety and health.
Expert in state, federal and international employments regulations
Experience of structuring HR departments during mergers between companies.
Preferably bi-lingual (Spanish and English)
Software skills: Paylocity a plus
Must be willing to travel in the Americas or abroad.
Valid passport
