SUMMARY

As a Supply Chain Design Analyst, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the development and optimization of supply chain strategies. Working closely with senior consultants, you will assist in analyzing and designing end-to-end supply chain solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Modeling:
Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.
Utilize advanced modeling tools and software to simulate and optimize supply chain processes.
Supply Chain Mapping:
Collaborate with clients to understand their existing supply chain structures.
Develop comprehensive supply chain maps, identifying key touchpoints and potential bottlenecks.
Process Optimization:
Assist in designing and implementing streamlined supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Identify and recommend improvements to inventory management, demand planning, and procurement processes.
Technology Integration:
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to enhance supply chain visibility and performance.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement and integrate new technologies into existing supply chain systems.
Client Collaboration:
Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and challenges.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively, building strong client relationships.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
Contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement within the consulting team.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive reports, documenting supply chain analysis, recommendations, and implementation plans.
Ensure that project documentation is accurate, organized, and accessible.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools.
Knowledge of supply chain concepts, principles, and best practices.
Familiarity with supply chain management software and technology solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Preferred Skills
Experience with supply chain optimization tools and software.
Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with supply chain processes.
Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Understanding of sustainability and environmental considerations in supply chain design.
